Dan J. Goldsmith

Dan J. Goldsmith has 21 years of private investigation experience, 17 years
of law enforcement experience, and 10 years of law enforcement officer/detective
experience. He was licensed as a California Private Investigator in 1995.
His extensive experience conducting criminal defense investigations includes
two years working as an investigator on a major investment fraud case.
He is a court-certified expert in both fraud investigations and medical
fraud investigations. In 2000, he was designated as a Certified Fraud
Specialist with the Association of Certified Fraud Specialists.
Mr. Goldsmith also is a retired senior investigator for the Medical Board
of California, Department of Consumer Affairs, and has served as Vice
President of the California Association of Licensed Investigators.

- Named “Investigator of the Year” by the California Association
of Licensed Investigators, 2008
- Named Medical Board of California Investigator of the Year, 1990 and 1992
- Mr. Goldsmith has been interviewed on the Los Angeles affiliates of ABC,
CBS and NBC. In 1992, one of his cases was profiled on the television
shows “48 Hours” and “A Current Affair.”
